Maitland Library (NSW) on the 15th for the Stylish Sleuth. 6pm - 8pm Maitland Regional Art Gallery. Tickets are $15 including wine and canapes. This event has unfortunately sold out!
Scarlet Stiletto awards (Melbourne) on Friday 22 November at 6.30pm
Essie Davis, star of Miss Fisher’s Murder Mysteries, to present the 20th Scarlet Stiletto Short Story Awards
This year 175 stories compete for Sisters in Crime’s 20th Scarlet Stiletto Awards which offer a record $7000 in prize money plus the coveted trophy for the overall winner.
At 8pm, prior to the award presentations, Essie Davis will discuss her ‘life in crime’ (and much more) with Professor Sue Turnbull.

Kerry Greenwood will speak at the final BacchChat event for 2013.
Kerry has written mysteries, science-fiction, historical fiction, and children's stories, as well as plays. Most notably she wrote a string of historical detective novels centred on the character of Phryne Fisher.

Good news for Phryne fans that have yet to see the Miss Fisher's Murder Mysteries Costume Exhibition at Ripponlea. Due to the popularity of the event it has no been extended and will be on until 1st December!
